You want something that actually feels like you

You’re not planning your day around a checklist or anyone else’s expectations.

You care about being present.
About spending real time with your people.
About not being pulled away every few minutes for posed shots.

You don’t want to feel rushed, overly directed, or like you’re performing for the camera.

Maybe you’re planning something more intimate, just the two of you, or a small group in a place that means something.

Maybe you’re doing things a little differently because that’s just who you are.

This is how your day is meant to feel

You already know what kind of day you want.

Not rushed. Not overly staged.
Not something that feels like a production.

You want to be present.
To take it all in.
To actually experience your day as it’s happening.

That’s exactly how I approach it.

I’ll guide you when it matters, and step back when it doesn’t, so nothing feels forced or interrupted.

A mix of honest moments, gentle direction, and a refined eye for light and composition. Your photos will feel natural, elevated, and unmistakably yours.

You don’t have to perform for your photos.
You just have to be in it.

Hi, I’m Prasanna,

A San Francisco Bay Area wedding and elopement photographer working with couples across Yosemite, California, and destinations worldwide. From intimate elopements in the redwoods to destination weddings across the world.

I believe your wedding day isn’t just about how it looks, it’s about how it feels.

With a background in landscape and nature photography, I’m drawn to beautiful light, architecture, meaningful locations, and real, honest moments.
I know I’ll be with you through most of your day and I take that seriously, not just as your photographer, but as someone who genuinely supports and guides you.

So you can feel present, at ease, and fully in it, knowing every moment is being documented with intention.

I work with a limited number of couples each year – not to create artificial scarcity, but because this work deserves real attention. Not just on your wedding day, but through every week of planning before it. Every couple gets my full attention, from first conversation to final gallery.

How I Guide Your Day

A thoughtful, guided experience – designed to feel natural, calm, and completely aligned with you.

My Approach

01
Getting to know you
It starts with a real conversation.

As your San Francisco wedding photographer, I want to understand what matters most to you — how you envision your day, what kind of experience you want, and what feels true to who you are.

Everything we plan from here is build around that.
02
Planning with intention
From locations to lighting to timeline, I help you shape a plan that’s relaxed and realistic — not rushed or overwhelming.

We’ll find the right places, the best time of day for light, and build a flow that allows you to actually enjoy each part of your day.

Every detail is considered with care, whether it’s a full wedding or something more intimate.
03
Feeling Comfortable in front of the camera
You don’t need to know how to pose – I’ll take care of that.

Simple prompts, gentle direction, and tips along the way mean nothing ever feels awkward or forced.

Even if this is your first time in front of a professional camera, you’ll feel completely at ease.
04
Your day, as it unfolds
On your wedding or elopement day, I’m there as a calm, steady presence.

I step in when needed, and step back when it matters — so you’re never being pulled away, and your day can breathe while everything is documented with intention.
05
Your Gallery, delivered with care
Your photos are thoughtfully edited and delivered as a cohesive, intentional collection – true to your day, true to how it felt.

So every time you return to them, you feel it all over again.

What your photos will feel like – years from now

Photos shouldn’t just look beautiful. They should take you right back.

The people who were there.

The ones who danced until their feet hurt. The grandparent who cried during the ceremony. The friend who flew across the country just to be in the room.

Some of them will always be there. Some of them won’t.

And the day itself – the light, the feeling, the way everything came together, it lives vividly right now. But memories fade. Even the best ones soften around the edges over time.

Your photos don’t.

They bring it all back. Not just how everything looked – but how it felt to be in that room, with those people, on that day. The way your partner looked at you. The moment you didn’t even notice was happening until you saw it in a photo.

That’s what I’m here to preserve. Not just a gallery – but the feeling of a day you’ll want to live inside again, ten, twenty, thirty years from now.

Because one day you’ll pull up a photo on a random afternoon and it will stop you completely.

And you’ll be so glad someone was paying attention.

What it felt like to work together

She knew exactly when and how to step back and let us take the spotlight.”

She helped us plan the run of show, visited our wedding site tucked among the redwoods beforehand, and mapped out every hour of the day. Without her guidance, we would have skipped over some of the most precious moments, not realizing how important they would become to us later. She created a meticulous timetable that made the entire experience feel seamless.

While she has an outgoing personality, on the day of our wedding she knew exactly when and how to step back and let us take the spotlight. Above all else, Prasanna is passionate about her work, and that genuine love for what she does shows in every meeting, photo, and interaction. She most certainly overdelivered. We love the photos.
